]]>The REV-4T is an 8° Mount designed with two philosophies in mind, Performance and Usability. It is also available in a more aggressive 14° version, coming March 2021.
The mount is designed using the highest quality aluminum on state-of-the-art CNC machines producing accuracy to +/- 0.01mm. This ensures the truest possible mount for the consumer. “Mount wobble” is eliminated with this design making sure that your chassis performs at its maximum. Accuracy is an imperative aspect to drive train loss. With our CNC machines we are able to ensure that the engine is 90.01° true to the rear axle. This means that your chain will always track perfectly.
The REV 4T also promotes cooler crankcase temperatures through REV advanced cooling technology. This limits engine power loss due to increasing engine temperatures throughout longer races.
• Our Top Plate offers a wide variety of adjustments to allow the engine to fit on all chassis.
The REV-4T mount system comes complete with: REV-4TB engine mount base, REV-4TP Top plate, Stainless Hardware (4 x engine mount studs, 4 x M8 Flanged nuts and 4 x M10 securing bolts).
MADE IN NORTH AMERICA
Made from high quality aircraft grade aluminum, our individually CNC’d sprockets are accurate to within 0.1mm and have optimized tooth precision to produce minimal friction between the sprocket and chain. This equates to less drive train loss and improved performance. We are able to accomplish this due to our state-of-the-art CNC Machines, “Made in USA” aluminum and countless hours of testing to form the perfect pitch. Under close inspection, you will notice that the chain perfectly sits into the valley of the tooth. This reduces friction and better distributes the load of the chain when it arrives in the tooth.
The REV-2T 0° Mount was designed for the sole purpose of increased performance. Ideal engine platforms for this mount are ROK, X30 and Rotax FR125.
This mount is designed using the highest quality aluminum on state-of-the-art CNC machines producing accuracy to +/- 0.01mm. This ensures the truest possible mount for the consumer ensuring minimal drive train friction loss and helping mechanics consistently set chain tension.
• Crankcase cooling is an on-going struggle with all 2 Cycle motors. As the bottom end gets hotter your power will decrease. With our Venturi style cooling system we greatly increase surface area allowing the heat sync to leave the engine. Then the cooling ports allow the heat to escape creating cooler crankcase temperatures.
The REV-2T mount was designed to not only improve power and drive train loss but also to maximize the chassis performance. We do this by offering a unique feature which allows consumers to move the engine position within the mount. Mechanics are constantly fighting with clearances to seat struts, bearing flanges, and chain lengths for ideal engine positions. This mount will help solve these issues.
Incase further adjustments are required to maximize your engine fit, REV also has available 1cm engine spacers. These spacers are perfectly machined to allow all the adjustments and cooling aspects of this mount. REV suggests that all X30 customers run 1 spacer for starter engine clearance. Many customers prefer 2 spacers to help with improved rear bumper clearances.
RK’s sealed-ring chains offer less torsional friction and increased high-stress, high-speed performance.
From the beginning of a race to the end, RK’s sealed-ring chains deliver more consistent horsepower to the ground than non-sealed chains.
The nitrile butadiene seals ensure that lubrication stays inside the chain while keeping dust and dirt out.
Most RK chain seals have lubrication pools that protect against high speed abrasion, heat build up, torsional flex and loss of lubricant under extreme conditions, resulting in longer life for the chain and sprockets.

The answer is yes and no. It is true that initially non-sealed chains do produce less friction when compared to sealed chains.
However as time/rpm increase, sealed-ring chains significantly outperform non-sealed chains.
During normal use chains heat up and expand; this expansion can create friction resulting in horsepower loss. Due to the increased internal lubrication of sealed-ring chains, friction is reduced, allowing the chain to more freely transfer horsepower to the ground.
